TOOLS FOR EVENT PRODUCTION

Your information. Handled with care.

How Structure+ uses information for your account, licence, purchases and product updates.

Updated 30 September 2026

Your Structure+ account

We store your name, email address, a protected password hash, email verification status and account dates so you can sign in and manage your licence. Account messages, such as verification and password reset emails, use the email address you provide.

Your customer profile

Before you purchase, download or activate Structure+, we ask for your company or trading name, nature of business, role, phone number and business address (or your own address if you work independently). A company website and a second address line are optional. We use these details to support your account, understand who uses Structure+ and improve the product. Administrators can view customer profiles and use summaries of the information to understand our customers. You can review and update your profile in your account. Providing these details does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Licences and activated computers

Activation sends a computer identifier and a computer name or label to Structure+. We link them to your licence and keep activation, deactivation, licence issue and expiry records. This lets us enforce one active computer per licence, renew access and help with transfers.

Your computer stores its licence. Online activation also stores a protected activation credential. A licence file contains your name, email address, computer identifier, enabled features and access dates. Keep licence files private. The activation service does not receive the contents of your SketchUp models.

Purchases and Lemon Squeezy

When you start a purchase, we send your account name, email address, selected plan and a purchase reference to Lemon Squeezy so the purchase can be linked to your Structure+ account. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment details in its checkout. We do not ask for your full card number or security code on this website.

We receive and keep purchase, customer, subscription and payment references, payment status and access dates to provide your licence and resolve billing issues. We also retain protected payment notifications from Lemon Squeezy; these can include customer, billing and payment method information supplied by that service. Read Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy for its handling of checkout and billing information.

Product updates are optional

The launch and product updates form stores your email address, the consent wording version and registration time. Creating a customer account or buying a licence does not add you to this list. To unsubscribe, email info@structureplus3d.com from the registered address. Unsubscribing from updates does not close your account or stop essential account messages.

Cookies, sessions and security

Customer and administrator sign-in use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. Blocking these cookies can prevent account features from working. The account service may retain your network address, browser information and recent session activity. Security records and limits on repeated requests help protect accounts and prevent abuse. Our hosting provider may also keep server access logs. This website does not currently use advertising trackers.

Videos on this website

On larger screens the homepage plays a muted video from the Structure+3D YouTube channel in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When it loads, YouTube (Google) receives your network address and browser details and may store information on your device, as described in Google’s privacy policy. The video does not load on small screens, when your browser asks for reduced motion, or with data saver on. Tutorial and feature pages show a still image stored on this website and load a YouTube video only when you press play. Links to our YouTube and Facebook pages open those services, whose own privacy terms apply.

Contact messages and support

The public Contact form stores the name, email address, optional company, subject, message and submission time you provide. Website administrators can read these messages, manage their status and use your supplied email address to reply. A contact email address is not verified by this form. Sending a message does not add you to product updates.

We use an essential form cookie and limited security checks to protect the Contact form. Limits on repeated messages use protected references derived from network addresses and email addresses; these do not verify the sender’s identity.

When you contact us by email, we use the details and attachments you choose to send to answer your request. When you report a bug, suggest a feature or ask for help through your account, we store the request, messages, status and any product or computer details you choose to include. You and Structure+ administrators can read and reply to the conversation in the account portal. We use these conversations to provide support and improve the product. Avoid including passwords, payment card details or confidential project information.

Structure+ administrators can access the customer profile, support conversation, licence, payment reference and activity records needed to provide support and manage the service. Our hosting and email services process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Customer account and licence records are not published.

Your choices and requests

You can deactivate a computer from your account. Deactivation does not delete your account or purchase history, and it does not cancel a paid subscription. Use your account’s billing option to manage a Lemon Squeezy subscription.

For a copy of your information, corrections, account closure or deletion, contact info@structureplus3d.com from your account email address. We may ask you to confirm ownership before making changes. We will explain what can be removed and any records that need to remain for an ongoing licence, billing, support or security matter. Questions about information held by Lemon Squeezy should also be directed to that service.
